Art Deco period

Very large and beautiful Art Deco vase that would perfectly fit in the middle of an entrance or as a monumental focus point in an interior or winter garden. Attributed to the Faiencerie of Thulin in Belgium, this jar is glazed with the drip technique which permits this great line effect on the body of the vase. The upper rim is glazed with a green blue color. The vase is purely decorative as there is no bottom to it. This unique urn must of been a special order for an Art Deco building or a showpiece that the manufactory would show on important fairs and events to promote its work. Very rare on the antique market. A small scratch to the rim of the vase.
